Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a wedding planner or coordinator?

We strongly recommend securing a wedding planner or day-of coordinator to assist with vendor coordination, ceremony logistics, timeline management, décor setup, and event breakdown. While our Venue Manager guides setup and timelines, they do not handle client-provided décor setup or teardown.

What are the Food & Beverage Minimums?

Minimums for intimate or micro weddings, off-peak season, and weekdays vary based on estimated guest count and per-person cost.

What is the capacity of the ballroom?

Our ballroom comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests for plated dinners with a dance floor, DJ, and cake table. Adjustments may be needed for bands, in-room bars, mixed tables, or larger dance floors. We work with you to plan the best setup for your event.

Can I customize the menu and wedding packages?

Yes, menus and packages can be customized to suit guest count, dietary needs, cultural preferences, and budget. Final menu selections and guest counts, including allergies or dietary restrictions, are due 21 days prior to the event. These details are confirmed through a banquet event order.

What are the options for bar service?

We offer hosted bars for 4 hours and wine service during dinner for an additional fee. Consumption-based bars calculate charges based on drinks consumed. Alcoholic beverages require valid ID, and service may be refused to minors or intoxicated individuals.

What additional charges should I expect?

Expect a 5% administrative fee, 18% service charge, and 7% food and beverage tax on all charges. The administrative fee is not a gratuity for wait staff.

How does menu tasting work?

Complimentary tastings are available for up to 4 guests to finalize menu selections 4-6 months before the wedding. Additional guests can attend for a fee of $50++ per person, payable at the tasting.

What accommodations are available for guests?

We offer a courtesy room block for 10 guest rooms. Any additional rooms may incur charges.

How are vendor accommodations handled?

Vendor meals are $35.00++ per person for a Chef’s Choice Sandwich Box and $60.00++ for a hot meal or buffet station. Counts and dietary requirements must be provided with final guest counts.

What are the payment and deposit policies?

Secure your date with a 25% initial payment of the total food and beverage minimum upon signing the contract. This payment is non-refundable and applied towards the final event costs. Follow the contract for subsequent payments, with a credit card authorization required.

What are the guidelines for vendors and decorations?

Refer to our preferred vendor list for trusted experts familiar with our venue. Due to fire safety regulations, candles must be enclosed in glass containers. Glitter, confetti, adhesives, and nails are prohibited indoors and outdoors.

Are there additional facility fees?

Ballroom facility fees vary by season and day; no additional charge for onsite ceremonies.

What are the tax and service charge policies?

Expect a 5% administrative fee, 18% service charge, and 7% food and beverage tax on all charges. The administrative fee does not serve as a gratuity for service staff.
